      • This course introduces the entire process of digital hardware system. Topics in lectures include combinational and sequential logic design, sub-system design (adder, multiplier), HDL coding, logic synthesis and physical design.

      • To understand the fundamental principles and algorithms of quantum computing, develop the ability to apply them to problems in chemistry and materials science, and acquire basic practical skills in using quantum simulation tools for electronic structure calculations and materials property analysis.
