한국의 전통시대 문인과 그 작품세계에 대해 알아본다.
Students will explore the writers of traditional Korea and their literary world.

학습목표 Objectives

• 한국 전통시대의 대표적 문인들과 그 작품세계에 대한 이해를 심화한다. Students will deepen their understanding of the major writers from Korea's traditional era and their literary world.
  

• 한국 전통시대 문학을 당대의 컨텍스트와 현대적 맥락이라는 두 차원의 원근법적 이해로 확장한다. Students will expand their understanding  by considering perspectives from both the past and contemporary contexts.
  

• 한국문학의 특수성과 세계문학으로서의 보편성을 동시에 사유한다. Students will examine the uniqueness and universality of Korean literature as part of world literature.
  

주차별 학습목표 Weekly Objectives

1주차 Week 1

<헌화가>에서 ‘아름다움’에 대한 신라인의 상상력을 확인할 수 있다. Students will be able to see the imagination of Silla people about beauty in Hŏnhwaga.

<모죽지랑가>에서 화랑 집단의 번영과 쇠락을 읽어낼 수 있다. Students can read the prosperity and decline of the Hwarang group in Mojukchirangga.

<원왕생가>에 나타난 서방정토를 향한 신라인의 염원을 설명할 수 있다. Students can explain the Silla people’s aspiration for the Western Pure Land that appeared in Wŏnwangsaengga.

2주차 Week 2

이규보의 생애와 그의 한시 작품 세계를 설명할 수 있다. Students will be able to describe the life of Yi Kyubo and the worldview of his Chinese poems.

이규보의 한문산문 작품 세계를 설명할 수 있다. Students will be able to explain the worldview of Yi Kyubo's Chinese prose works.

이규보의 가전 창작과 그 작품 세계를 설명할 수 있다. Students will explore the creation of Yi Kyubo's pseudobiographies and their worldview.

3주차 Week 3

<강호사시가>에서 15세기 강호 시조의 낙관적 세계 형상을 확인할 수 있다. Students  will be able to explore the optimistic world of Nature Sijo from the 15th century through Kanghosasiga.

<장육당육가>에서 16세기 강호 시조의 이분법적 세계 인식을 읽어낼 수 있다. Students will learn about the dualistic perception of the world of the Nature Sijo from 16th century through Changyuktangyukka.

<어부단가>에서 16세기 강호 시조의 처사적 지향을 인식할 수 있다. Students will understand the reclusive direction of Nature Sijo from the 16th century through Ŏbudan'ga.

4주차 Week 4

황진이의 시가에서 여성 내면 정감과 젠더 넘어서의 욕망을 설명할 수 있다. Students will be able to grasp the inner emotion of women and desire that goes beyond gender through the poems of Hwang Chini.

허난설헌의 한시에서 당대의 여성현실과 탈주적 상상력을 이야기할 수 있다. Students will be able to talk about the reality of women at the time of Hŏ Nansŏrhŏn and her escapist imagination.

이매창의 시가에서 진솔한 사랑의 언어들을 설명할 수 있다. Students will be able to speak the true language of love through the poems of Yi Maechang.

5주차 Week 5

정철의 시가에서 훈민의 노래와 연군의 시적 형상을 이해할 수 있다. Students will be able to understand the poetic embodiment of bureaucratic literati's love for the people and the king shown in the poetry of Songgang Chŏng Ch'ŏl.

박인로의 가사에서 애국주의적 형상과 사족 존재현실의 면모를 이해할 수 있다. Students may read the embodiment of patriotic literature and the existence of local literati at the time in the poetry of Nogye Park Illo.

윤선도의 시조에서 자연-사회의 변증법과 흥취의 미학이 어떻게 실현되는지를 이해할 수 있다. Students can examine organic connection between nature and society and the aesthetic recognition of nature in the poetry of Kosan Yun Sŏndo.

6주차 Week 6

김천택의 시조에서 사대부적 삶의 모방과 신분갈등의 면모를 이해할 수 있다. Students will be able to understand the goal of life as an aristocrat, and the inner world of his identity conflict by examining Kim Ch'ŏnt'aek's sijo.

김수장의 시조에서 가객적 삶의 즐거움과 자부심의 면모를 파악할 수 있다. Students will learn the joy and pride of a singer by examining Kim Sujang's sijo.

안민영의 시조에서 애정형상의 낭만적 형상을 살펴볼 수 있다. Students will understand the romantic shape of affection in An Minyŏng's sijo.

7주차 Week 7

김시습의 생애와 정치현실에 대해 설명할 수 있다. Students will be able to explain about Kim Sisŭp's life and the political reality.

『금오신화』의 창작 배경을 이야기할 수 있다. Students will be able to talk about the background of the creation of New Stories of the Golden Turtle.

『이생규장전』의 작품 세계와 미감을 설명할 수 있다. Students will bee able to explain the worldview and aesthetics of Yisaenggyujangjŏn.

8주차 Week 8

김만중의 생애와 소설 창작에 대해 설명할 수 있다. Students will be able to explain Kim Manjung's life and the creation of his novels.

『구운몽』의 작품 세계를 이야기할 수 있다. Students will discuss the literary world of  Kuunmong.

『사씨남정기』의 작품 세계를 설명할 수 있다. Students will discuss the literary world of Sassi namjŏnggi.

9주차 Week 9

박지원의 생애와 사상에 대해 설명할 수 있다. Students will be able to explain the life and thought of Pak Chiwŏn.

｢방경각외전｣의 작품 세계를 이야기할 수 있다. Students will discuss the literary world of Panggyŏnggagoejŏn.

｢허생전｣의 작품 세계를 이야기할 수 있다. Students will discuss the literary world of Hŏsaengjŏn.

조선후기 판소리의 성립과 역사적 전개에 대해 설명할 수 있다. Students will be able to explain the establishment and historical development of Pansori.

신재효와 19세기 판소리에 대해 설명할 수 있다. Students may elaborate who Shin Chaehyo was and what Pansori was like in the 19th century.

신재효의 판소리 개작에 대해 설명할 수 있다. Students can explicate the adaptation of Pansori by Shin Chaehyo.

이수/평가정보 Completion / Assessment Information

※ 총 60% 이상 점수 획득 시, 이수증을 발급받을 수 있습니다. A certificate will be issued to students who achieve a total score of 60% or higher.
